Settles in the South of France, in Villeneuve-Loubet on the heights of the Parc de Vaugrenier, a site that offers him a panoramic view of the Mediterranean, from Nice to Antibes.
Registers with the Regional Order of Architects (Provence-Côte d'Azur-Corse). Is involved in various projects:
- modifications to the Villa of the actress Régina Camier at Cap d'Antibes;
- redevelopment of the Château de Théoule-sur-Mer;
- construction of individual houses for individuals or real estate companies in Mandelieu, Antibes, Biot.
- Works until the end of the 1960s. Surrounded by his wife and son, on 2nd December 1971, he dies at home.
He is buried in the Cimitière de village, Villeneuve-Loubet, Alpes Maritimes.
