A pioneer of the Art Deco style, René Crevel played a major role in the renewal of the art of ceramics, enamel and tableware. His work, recognised by his peers with awards of the highest distinctions, was acknowledged throughout the world.
Although spanning the entire period between the two world wars, his creative and production peak was between 1925 and 1935, when Crevel created his most innovative and striking pieces in Limoges and Sèvres. Masterpieces of Art Deco, they are now collector's items.
